How can I start ordering?

You can order straight away. Just add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout with your credit card information.

You can also setup an account and use company purchase PO numbers to place orders. Instructions for the setup procedure can be found under the section here.


If something is not in stock, how long will I have to wait?

Generally all items in this store are commonly stock items. If we run out then we will generally already have something on order from the factories.

If something is not in stock and you would like up to date lead times please contact our sales team and we can advise. We have real-time stock checking with most of our suppliers.


I have placed an order, how do I track it?

If you have an account with us, this is simple. Just click on "My Account" and then go to "My Orders". You should be able to find your order in this section.

If you do not have an account with us, then you still should have received an email confirmation from us with your "My Orders" tracking details. If you have not then please contact our sales team and we will be happy to advise the status of your order tel 0800 849 2211


How do I order with this store if my account is on stop credit?

If you are on account hold the quickest way to get an order processed is by using a credit card at the store checkout.


Can I save my shopping cart and come back later?

If you are logged into the store with your email address then your shopping cart will automatically save. If you come back later to the same PC, or your log into another PC, it will keep your shopping cart.

However if you are not logged in and are purchasing as a guest, then your shopping cart will only be saved to the current PC you are using. Only if you come back to that same PC you will still have your shopping cart.


I have changed my mind, how do I delete items from my cart?

To delete items first go to your shopping cart. Then you can delete any item from your cart by ticking "Remove" next to that item and then selecting "Update shopping cart".


I have changed my mind, I want to return an item?

First, please read our returns policy section located on this website. Then get in contact with our sales team and we can advise the process.


I cannot find the part I want, do you have more options?

Absolutely. The Express store is just a fast service portal for our most common items. We have many products in our range. To discuss further please call our sales team on 02 8646 4700.


Can I personally purchase goods using my company account discount?

If you have permission from the owner of the company, then we are happy to do this. The easiest way is to use your credit card during the checkout process.
