ECS normal operations have ceased for the duration of the lock down period, with the exemption of orders for essential service businesses. Our normal business hours remain as 8am-5pm / Mon-Fri, and you can still phone us for all the usual sales, orders, and tech support on 0800 849 2211, or email sales@ecsnz.com.
The ECS Sales & Customer Service teams are all still available during normal business hours – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday by phone, email, and now virtual appointments. All of which will be monitored so we can continue to provide the best and quickest customer support possible.
As of Tuesday 28th April ECS are operating under LEVEL 3 Shutdown requirements. Behind the scenes, most of us at ECS will be working from home, however, as a customer this should not make a difference to you. We are otherwise open for business in full capacity and ready to fulfil your orders.
We are happy to announce that thanks to a couple of dedicated ECS team members, we will be reopening our distribution warehouse for all ‘Essential Services’ customers who are authorised to remain open during the COVID-19 Level-4 Shutdown period.
As of 5pm 23rd March 2020, ECS will be closing our New Zealand warehouse due to the announced Government nationwide shutdown. We still have the possibility of our dropship order delivery system, drawing from our global warehousing located around the world, for any urgent requirements during this period. We are expected to re-open the New Zealand warehouse in 4 weeks’ time.
