Double Layer PUR with Wear Indication

LAPP ÖLFLEX® 450P series cable has two layers of PUR sheath. The outer layer is bright yellow for easy visibility. The PUR (Polyurethane) is extremely hard wearing and is chemical and oil resistant.

Exclusive to the 450P series, there is a second inner layer which is bright red. If the outer sheath is damaged, then the red layer shows through and you know the cable is damagedand will need replacement soon.
