Braid Earth Safety Cable

LAPP Braid Earth Safety Cable has four cores (Red, White, Blue, Black). Around the outside of the cable is a tinned copper braid screened which is designed to be used for the protective earth. The principle is similar to neutral screen cables where if someone cuts into the cable, the earth should be hit first and will short with the conductor, to protect the person. These cables are commonly used on construction sites and power distribution boxes used in public events.
