The WAGO 221 Series Splicing Connector promises top contact quality – and delivers. Even over decades and under more demanding environmental conditions, the contact between the connection point and conductor remains stable. This is demonstrated by the salt spray test, which simulates the aging of the WAGO splicing connector with lever in more intense atmospheric conditions.

Better than the standard – that is true of the conductor retention force of the compact WAGO 221 Series Splicing Connector. The video shows the conductor pull-out test in fast motion. This is a standardized test used to check the conductor retention force of splicing connectors. The 221 Splicing Connector withstands at least twice the tension required by the standard.
