Control and instrumentation, individually and collectively screened, armoured fire resisting shipboard cables rated 150V/250V

These cables are designed for control and instrumentation applications on ships. They feature individual and collective screening to minimize interference, armouring for mechanical protection, and are fire-resistant to maintain circuit integrity in the event of a fire. Rated for 150V/250V, they are suitable for fixed installations with a rated conductor temperature of 90°C.

• Individually Screened: Aluminium/polyester tape with drain wire (optional bare or tinned copper wire braid)
• Unit Assembly: Cores/units assembled in round formation with suitable fillers and non-hygroscopic tape(s)
• Collective Screen: Aluminium/polyester tape with drain wire
• Inner Covering: Non-hygroscopic tape(s)
• Armouring: Bare copper braid (upon request tinned copper or galvanized steel wire braid), Minimum coverage 90%
• Outer Sheath: SHF1 compound according to IEC 60092-360, thickness according to IEC 60092-376, Colour: orange (or other colour agreed), Outer diameter according to IEC 60092-350 annex D
