The WAGO 221 Series Splicing Connector promises top contact quality – and delivers.
Even over decades and under more demanding environmental conditions, the contact between the connection point and conductor remains stable. This is demonstrated by the salt spray test, which simulates the aging of the WAGO splicing connector with lever in more intense atmospheric conditions.
This is a required standardized test. In it, the 221 connector is subjected to a total of 96 salt spray cycles in a test cabinet. The contact resistance of the connector is measured before, during and after this test. Result: No decrease in the contact quality!
