LAPP AS/NZS Fire Rated 3013 Multicore Cable - Available Now
Performs Under Fire Keeping Essential Systems Running
(AS/NZS 3013 X-HF-110/HFS-110-TP)
Built on LAPP’s global quality, engineering, and manufacturing expertise, AS/NZS approvals, and WS52W fire rating, our new range of Fire Rated Multicore Cable delivers reliable performance for an extensive range of essential services and critical infrastructure applications.
Made for demanding commercial and industrial environments, it complies with AS/NZS 3013 and AS/NZS 5000.1, supporting installations where maintaining operation during an emergency is critical. Available in numbered and coloured cores, with a rated voltage of 0.6 / 1kV, sizes range from 1.5 mm² up to 95 mm², it also features Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) construction, reducing smoke density and corrosive gas emissions to support safer evacuation conditions in enclosed environments.
Engineered For Compliance & Safety
Manufactured to stringent local and international standards, the range includes AS/NZS 5000.1 and AS/NZS 3013 compliance. It utilises bare copper conductors in accordance with IEC 60228 Class 5, with an HFS-110-TP outer sheath and X-HF-110 insulation system. Core configurations vary by size, with 3, 4, and 5 core options supplied in red, white, blue, black, and green/yellow colour coding, while configurations above 5 cores are supplied with white cores and black numbering for clear identification.
Designed For Reliable Performance
Combines fire resistance, mechanical durability, and installation flexibility to support reliable long-term performance across commercial and industrial environments. Temperature operating range is -25°C to 110ºC, with WS52W fire retardant performance and IEC 60332-3-24 flame retardant compliance. The range is rated at 600/1000 V and maintains a minimum bending radius of 8 x OD for installation flexibility.
From Control Circuits to Heavy Power
This extended portfolio also boasts a broad range of sizes, allowing a single fire-rated solution to support multiple application requirements. From 1.5 mm² control and signalling cables through to heavy-duty power and distribution sizes up to 95 mm² with auxiliary conductor options, this enables consistent specification across control and signalling systems, building services infrastructure, medium-load distribution applications, and heavy-duty essential services power circuits.
For Critical Infrastructure Applications
Suited to installations where maintaining operation during a fire is essential, including emergency lighting systems, fire alarm systems, high-rise building essential services, and fire pumps and sprinkler systems. Designed to support essential circuits that must remain operational for evacuation, emergency response, and fire suppression activities. It is particularly suited to high-density commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.
